(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ryo Takabayashi; hereinafter “the Company”), which markets the “marbb (Marb)” nano-bubble system for hair and beauty salons, has recently entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with KINUJO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomoaki Hamada).

Background and Objectives of Capital and Business Alliance

Under the concept of "Miraino Care© | Infusing new value into daily life and extending 'Beauty Healthspan©'*," our company markets the "marbb (Marb)" nano-bubble system for hair and beauty salons, which has been adopted by approximately 10,000 salons nationwide (as of November 2025).

Additionally, KINUJO Co., Ltd. is a luxury beauty appliance brand based in Tokyo. The company co-creates with beauty professionals and hair salons to develop innovative products, including hair irons and dryers, and proposes new-era beauty experiences. Supported by creators and stylists both domestically and internationally, KINUJO strives to create "beauty experience value" by fusing technology and design.

As average lifespans increase and individual lifestyles become more diverse, the desire to "stay beautiful and true to oneself," regardless of age or gender, is growing daily. In this environment, there is a need to create experiential value that seamlessly connects salons, which are professional spaces for beauty, with everyday life.

Our company and KINUJO Inc. have entered into this capital and business alliance agreement with the belief that by combining our respective technological strengths and brand power cultivated in both the BtoB and BtoC sectors, we can create new beauty experiences that extend the healthspan of beauty©︎.
